I have L512 on my older 622. It usually gets software updates early in the cycle. The other 622 lags by 2 to 3 weeks.
I have L5.12 on one 622
I noticed this morning that I did not have the playback issue (jump ahead symptom) on one of my 622's. I checked the system info and saw that I have L5.12 now. Looks like it fixes some of the issues caused by 5.11.

I have it too this morning. Looks fine so far.
I have 5.12 this morning. Fast forward issue has been resolved.
Same here. Just did a Dish'it up last month and they sent me a refurb 622. I wondered why it was just $25 to upgrade my 222. Got 5.12 on it and 5.11 on my original 622.
5.12 also here on my 622 and so far trick play and FF looks good.
