I called DirecTv and explained to the very friendly customer service representative that I just couldn't pay $249 for the NFL Sunday Ticket Package and $99 on top of that for HD Access to the games via Superfan. I told her that I have HD Access already and I feel that $99 in addition for HD Access is just too much to be paying. She asked me very politely if i could be put on hold for a few minutes while she sees what she can do. About 2 minutes later she comes back on the line and tells me that she can go ahead and issue a credit on my bill for The NFL Sunday Ticket Superfan and that i would get the Superfan Package for free. What a Nice Day this has turned out to be and I already checked my DirecTv Bill online and my online statement reflects the Superfan Credit. NFL Football in HD This year Baby!!! I'm Ready for the Season already!!! :biggthump :icon_da:
