Same problem here as well. I have my billing set up for auto-pay from a debit card. But now some obviously new and buggy DirecTV automatic notification system has called me four times in the past three days about a new legal requirement to warn me 15 days in advance of a auto-debit.

Really annoying, though I realize DirecTV is merely trying to respond to a new federal regulation. I just wish they would get the technical problems straighten out. And as per normal practice, it seems the CSRs are clueless as usual.
