You also might want to try calling Customer Service at DISH. I called them the other night when I got my new dish (and lost my networks.) They were surprisingly sympathetic, kind, and helpful.
(But of course, Easter IS the season for miracles! :lol:
I thought their line to me was a good one: "If you are paying for them, you should be receiving them, and you **looking at their screen** ARE paying for them."
