I am one market short right now, as I am equidistant (okay, sorta) from three markets: Sacto/Stockton, Fresno/Visalia and SFO/Oakland.

The ability to get guide info from more than two DMAs (up to five) to support significantly viewed channels as well as multiple over-the-air DMA sources.

That's too bad. I voted for it and was hoping we would see that option in the future. I, at numerous times, am able to pull in digital signals from Orlando and WPB. I'm in SW FL, well away from those areas, and can get lots of those stations on my TV and HR10. Too bad we'll be stuck with only two.

Of course that was BEFORE OTA was generally available. I would like to see it added back and I bet it gets a better response.

How about just being able to scan for channels for we can get some from other countries. My ski cabin is close enough to Canada to get some channels and I would love to get some hockey that way.

deebeeff,

You know of course you're *in* the Sacramento-Stockton-Modesto market, right?

Does Fresno have their own stations? Guess they do... We Modestans can't get OTA anyway, right?

I live in a 3 market area. The way to add the additional market is to re-run the antenna setup using the third zip code. The previous channels will remain in your antenna channel listings.

Seriously, I see on HDTVmagazine.com that most of Sacramento's antennae are actually 1/2 way to Stockton. Would those reach into Modesto? Is there any advantage to OTA v. D*TV LiLs?
