Not yet. More national HD channels will come next year with the launch of DirecTV 10 and 11, currently penciled in for around April and then June/July. I don't believe final launch dates have been publicized yet.

You can get FSN-HD on the HR20 that you can't get on the HR10-250. At least I saw it during the baseball season on a H20, so I'm assuming you can get it on the HR20 as well. that's a nifty feature that will be the kicker for me. I want my baseball in HD! :)

If I switch from HR10 to HR20 now, will I see more HD channels?

That's great for Yankees and Mets fans. However, not *ONE SINGLE* NESN broadcast was in HD last year. Since NESN broadcasts 90% of the Sox games (all in HD), I'm outta luck unless D* strikes a deal with them. Every home game was NESN, just not HD. I was not a happy HD baseball fan last year.

Hell, the MLB.TV internet broadcast is almost SD quality, and 1/2 the price of Extra Innings. Maybe I'll just go that route next year.
