There has been some previous discussion/speculation about D* not releasing a major software update going into, or during, a weekend. With Earl guaranteeing that it won't be tonight or tomorrow night, we could probably speculate that Monday would be the soonest, but my guess would be maybe a week beyond that - the week of the 10th.
