I ordered an HR20 the week before Christmas and today was my install date. When no one showed, I called order support. First they told me I hadn't been scheduled. I pointed out that I could see my order online and the date was there. They apologized, said their installers were overbooked, and that they needed to reschedule - but couldn't even give me a new date! They said someone would call within 72 hours to reschedule it.
I complained, said I'd already been billed for the HR20, that I stayed home all morning, etc. They gave me a $100 credit which surprisingly has shown up on my account already. I guess that will make me feel a little better about paying $99 for the HR20 when so many people are getting it free. If I ever get one that is.
I have FiOS internet, and tv will likely be available by spring. I decided to go ahead with the HR20 instead of waiting, but maybe I should just wait.
