Call him directly, that way no charge backs at anytime.
Installer Chargeback Window
How long is thw window where if you have an installation problem, the installer gets a chargeback? My dish needs an alignment. Normally I'd do it myself, but with just starting school, time is tight. The installer is kind of an acquaintance though, and I don't want him to get in trouble or anything. The install was near the end of February of this year.

Normally it's a 90 day window with directv.
