Installer left supplies behind.
When my HR20 and 5lnb dish were installed, the installer left behind a full box of 3 GHZ cable. I had his cell number on my caller id, so i called him and let him know. He said thanks and asked if I could leave it on my porch, he would be by in a few minutes.
He never showed, the box sat out there overnight as I had forgotten about it. I no longer have the guys number and am now the apparent owner of this cable.
Is this stuff worth anthing? Would I have any use for it? The box indicates RG6U 3Ghz coaxial cable.

Would this Directv coax cable be usable if I installed a roof mounted antenna?
Yes, it will work just fine for regular cable, ota antenna, or another satellite location someplace.

If you've got the space for it, keep it. I'd go buy some connectors and have them on hand. You never know when you're gonna need that kinda stuff.
