When D* installs a new slimline upgrade and HD receivers, is there a warranty period where they cover everything at no cost. Another words if my dish goes out of alignment of a receiver fails in 6 weeks do I have to pay for a service call on the dish alignment or a shipping fee on the receiver?

Both are covered for 90 days [free].

90 day after he installation date. you can always add the protection plan. its basically an insurance for your equipment. free service calls, remotes, replacemnt recievers, unlimited dish alignments...etc. the prtection plan is 5.99 a month. this is for after the 90 days
