Again... thanks for heading me in the correct direction. Removed the LNB, wires. Cleaned and scraped all, applied WD40, re-assembled - including the fairly dysfunctional "Squeeze-Bracket" clamp down for the LNB, which appeared chalky and might have blocked a clean ground path - re-assembled and applied exterior paint at all joints to hopefully seal them.
Signal appears solid in the house. Great assistance.
