Hello everyone, thanks for taking time to check out my post. Hope someone can help!

I have an HR24-500 DVR.

I have it connected to the internet and it says internet connection is fine. However, my "You Might Like" "Now Playing" Youtube/Pandora and things are not showing on my menu at all. I have had the box connected to the internet for 4 days allowing plenty of time to download whatever it needs to.

I have reset the box, re configured the internet and the problem is still there.

I have 15Meg Cable connection and the box is connected through the little black box (forgive me) that DirecTV setup when installed. I have not unhooked any of that only reset the box. Everything is connected correctly.

Please give any advice. Thanks!

Thanks so much. I just found out something though. I had accidently forced an update to my box while the beta was streaming the other night. I just installed the NR maybe that will help.

Thanks everyone for your help. You are great. After installing the NR this morning all features are available. I will remember the Guide Data Flush though because I am sure I will need that. =)
