I really was working on this iPad app FAQ, but then real life kind of got in the way. This is what I have done so far. The DOC file is way over the file size limit to post.

It's not complete but I'll continue to work on it or hand the DOC file off to someone else.

Somethings not right with your PDF. I tried viewing it on two different computers and all the text on the right side of the document is cut off. Could you repost it for us?

I'm clearly not done, lots of places have only a sentence or two added. I think there is one more section that I need to add. Maybe it's two. Tuesday of this week I am alone all day and intend to finish it.

I'm going to switch PDF printing apps as that appears to be my issue.
Reading that iPad first look, it seems like there are some major revisions that will have to be made.
