There are 3 IR ports or areas where it appears IR may be received or tranmitted on the front of the 622. Anyone know which of these is the actual receiver? I need to place a bug on the unit in order to control it from a computer.

well I just put the "bug" in front of the middle one and extended out, and it worked fine. no problem at all (it was for the slingbox but same concept)
