Fingers crossed. I just got off the phone with Ironwood Communications after placing a request for a particular HD-DVR in regard to my October 12th installation appointment. HR-22, I'm a prayin' for ya. What are the odds, folks? The service rep told me the request is attatched to the work order. D* told me Illd get a 'NEW' DVR - guess I'll find out soon enough.
Also dont if you are wanting a quicker install date dont forget you can log into your D* account daily and click on change date to see if there is anything sooner available. This has worked for several people lately.
