Is a phone line needed for HR20 installation?

I just got off the phone with directv and was able to get an HR20 for $299 - $250 and 4 month hd programming for free. I have vonage right now and setting up my HR10-250 to dial out was a real pain. I'm wondering if I'm going to need to have a phone line available when they come to install the HR20. If anyone has any experience with this, I would really appreciate your feedback.

You won't need the phone line to activate the receiver. Worst case you won't be able to order PPV from the receiver - you'll have to call or do it online. I also have Vonage and I'm not sure if my HR20 has ever actually made a call or not. It's hooked up to the phone line, but there's no indication as to whether it has called or not. Also in the future when the Ethernet port is enabled, it's possible you won't need the phone line at all.
You'll be fine. As pgiralt points out, you won't be able to order PPV movies with your remote. Also, you won't have Caller ID.
