Is anyone officially signed up for the Early bird special on NBA League Pass?

I was just wondering? I have had early bird for the past several years and have called on numerous occassions to get it on my bill? They say they have millions of early bird people already signed up..but there is a glicth in the system when it comes to my account? Is there anyone out their already signed up for the early bird special? They said they would get back to me in 15 days? What do you Think? Thanks in advance
