Hey Guys - I see a lot of people on here recommending Solid Signal for ordering supplies, and they have lots of good stuff listed on there! I placed an order with them for my antenna and was told it was on back order and would be 1-2 weeks before it shipped. It has been about 3 weeks now since I placed the order. I wrote them an e-mail on Monday and Tuesday and have not gotten a response. I tried to call but was told it would be over 30 minutes before I could speak to someone. Just wondering what kind of experience others have had with them... I only saved about $5 placing the order with them and would gladly pay the extra money to get my item shipped to me!

Any recommendations on how I can get some info from them?

LOL. I hope my order will go better. Just used them over techtoolsupply to order a birdog cable.
What did you order. Maybe they are out of stock. But a response from them is waranted.

I ordered the AntennaCraft HDX1000 antenna, along with the diplexor seperator and combiner I need to hook it up. I would be very happy if they got back to me to say "It will be another week before we have this in stock", or two weeks, or whatever - but I am getting no response at all!

I ordered a digital converter box with them over the phone. They honored my govenmnent coupon. I was offered one of 23 different kinds. It shipped right away and arrived pretty fast to. I was very pleased. Could not of went smoother for me.

I've ordered lots of stuff from Solid Signal and never had a problem. I think they're very reputable.

Yea, I used them for my OTA rig. No problems. Received everything within a week.

Might just be a situation out of there control as many backorder type cases are, they are also fairly busy I believe.

I have never heard anything but good about them on these and other forums, so I hope you have a good experience as well.

Well I decided to wait for them on the phone this time (since I got no e-mail response) - the message said 20 minutes or longer, but the call was picked up in a few seconds! The part is still out of stock and they have no idea when it will be arriving to them. I had noticed the same antenna on their website as an "Open Box Item" for $10 less, so I asked if they still had that one there. They did have it, so they said they are shipping today or tomorrow and will credit my card for the $10! Assuming it works when I get it, I will be very happy now

Solid Signal is great, however, just check to make sure everything is in the box when you receive your open box item(s). I ordered an open box Slimline about a year ago and the LNB was missing. Sent it back and they sent me a brand new dish for the same price as the open box, but I had about a week delay because of having to ship back the open box item.
