There have been many times I've tried to get to some web site and failed, and I've wondered if it was just me or if the site was down for everyone.

Today I found out there's a web site you can go to when you just aren't sure!

I've had customers wondering why they can't get to their website when their neighbor in the office across the hall (different ISP) can.

They kind of understand if the electricity is off in their building the whole building is down, but they don't understand the different ISP routing that can happen between adjacent offices. Somehow the phone system never went through this kind of importance.

A site like this can help.
