No. Absolutely no way. The Trav'ler is a home dish, on a mount that powers open, aims itself, then powers closed for travel. When it's open it stands about 3 feet above the roof. Would probably tear off if you drove more than walking speed with it up.

Even if that weren't a problem, the corrections are a lot more involved and need to happen a lot more quickly to maintain aim on a moving vehicle than to aim once from a fixed spot.
