I have PMs that I need for a poster to see as soon as possible. However, that poster is not on the Forum to see the PMs. Is there anything that can be done about this?

The only way they would know they have a PM without logging into the site would be if they have the setting enabled to email them when they have a new PM.

There is no way to force someone to log onto the site. Or at least, I certainly hope there is no way to do so.

Well I didn't mean "force" them to come into the site. I just meant a way to let them know they are needed in the Forum. I have no idea if the person has it fixed so they will get an email about any PMs in the Forum. I rather doubt it or I think they would have already checked out my PMs

Find the applicable forum to start a new thread in (look to your upper left and you will find a drop down that says "forum jump"), from there you will see the button you are looking for.

Thanks guys, I found it. I have my first Dish installer coming tomorrow and I just found this forum tonight. I'm sure all my questions are answered here somewhere. I'll soon learn to navigate this thing.
