I agree. Just like Rudolph and Frosty on CBS around December 1st. 
Yeah, it's our little Franklin's first Halloween (he's ten months now) and my mom is sure he'll love the groovy music and cartoon characters. (BTW, he's not named after Franklin of Peanuts fame, but Franklin, Ben, of Philadelphia fame!)
