Japanese Programming

I am very familiar with DirecTV, but not Dish. I have an older neighbor who might be interested in Japanese programming. Assuming they wanted a moderate "standard" programming level plus all the Japanese programming that Dish may offer, could someone give me ballpark answers to these questions:

1) After all the initial discounts and special promotions are used up, what would the monthly fee be for an HD package as above be? For an SD package?

2) Would such programming require more than one dish?

2) What is the Japanese programming like? What is the programming?

2) Is installation "free" or is there a separate charge?

The programing is TVJapan and it is available in HD. TV Japan has a website and shows popular programs from NHK.
What programming would they want TV Japan only, TV Japan plus cable channels? For Longview, TX. a DISH 1000 PLUS should get a 1 dish solution.
I think they'd be interested in TVJapan + non-premium cable channels. They are somewhat technology adverse, so I'm just trying to figure out what is available and to get some rough estimates of monthly cost before I mention this option to them. My neighbors are older, one of Japanese descent who just wants to hear some Japanese (there's no Japanese community around here).
You can have international programming but a core package is required, which ranges from Dish Family, Welcome Pack, up to our America's Everything Pak. The monthly price would depend upon the core package chosen.

One dish installed depends on the satellites for the core programming. Some installations do use a wing dish (second dish) for international programming.

I have provided a link to our webpage where you can search for the Japanese programming available. Here is the link: http://www.dish.com/entertainment/packages/international/

Installations for new customer, who qualify, are normally at no charge. If you have further questions, please let me know. Thanks.

TV Japan $24.99 plus Welcome pack $14.99 equal $39.98 plus taxes and any user fees would be the minimum monthly charge.

Rayc, I think that international link is a PIA for anyone that dosen't use computers by the time they go through multiple screens they would probably give up before getting the information they want. What is wrong with just listing programming like TV Japan or chinese instead of guessing the heading to find the programming under.
Say they wanted America's Top 120 @44.99 and TV Japan @24.99 and one HD/DVR. What would the fees for the HD/DVR be? Any other monthly fees or user fees? Any special start-up fees?

Thanks!
Top 120 - $44.99
TV Japan - $24.99
DVR fee - $6.00
No receiver fee for first receiver of class 622/722/722k.

Additional receivers are $7.00 per output, i.e signal output receiver =$7.00/dual output receiver = $14.00.
