So, the wife wouldn't let me say anything ahead of time as to when, but tonight she made an appearance on Jeopardy. Was just wondering if anyone out there caught tonight's show?

We did, but I needed to pad it by a minute or two at the beginning. The beginning where she is initially introduced got cut off.

The champ was good. The wife knew a lot of the answers; I could see her trying to buzz in a lot (it doesn't look like it on TV), but the current champ had the timing down perfect.

We caught a bit more than half of the show. She should be proud to just be there. That was one of the more obscure Final Jeopardy questions I've ever heard.

I took the online contestant search quiz this winter and it was freakin' hard!

Congrats to the Mrs! Getting to where she was is very tough indeed. My wife and I did the online test a few years ago. She passed and I didn't (argh...) She went on to the local auditions and did pretty well, ending up in the pool where they will call you if selected to go on air. She did recognize a few of the competitors on air as ones in her session, but alas, the call never came. Fun though!

A friend of mine in Australia has been on both Deal or No Deal (which is slightly different in Australia) and 1 vs. 100. He came away empty handed both times, but his Deal or No Deal appearance was an instant classic :lol:
