I have 3 Hr21's installed and successfully networked and connected o the internet. However, when I go to ON DEMAND, there are only about 10 listings, all from MGM..Nothing else.

Could this be that it's a new install and will take time to load??

If so, where do you go for SHOWTIME on demand for example? Same menu? Is it listed as SHOWTIME first or is each piece of showtime On demand content listed under its respective category and not necessarily under the heading of SHOWTIME?

It takes up to 24 hours for On Demand to completely load.

Once it is loaded you will be able to view all programs from that menu or you will be able to go to each channel separately.

It initially takes time for the guide data to be populated off of the satellite. Be patient.

Showtime VOD is channel 1537. All of the VOD channels are 1000 and above.

I went to play weeds in HD from VOD and it downloaded, but it's not in 5.1 dolby digital? What gives??
