Just lost a tuner?

We just tried tuning to a live tv show and it wasn't showing up, so I figured maybe it was because of the rain and it was a local channel. But then I tuned to a different channel (while the other one was trying to record) and the show came up fine.

I went into the satellite signals and Tuner 1 shows all 0s, but Tuner 2 comes back with proper numbers. What does this mean?

My next step is to reset the power, but we're in the middle or watching a show so don't want to miss it. :p

Edit: Oh yeah, we have a HR21 that we just got a couple months ago on a new Directv contract.

Thanks!

yes, you might have lost the tuner due to rain fade. restarting should bring it back
If it does not come back after a reset swap the input cables on the back of the DVR to make sure it is not a cableing or dish problem. If the problem moves to turner 2 then its not you DVR its something else.
Well known issue that hasn't been addressed yet - My HR20 loses a tuner after every rain fade event, and I have to do a restart to get it back.
I lost both tuners on my HR20 during our last storm and I've yet to get them back, it's dead in the water searching for signal. Got a tech coming out tomorrow will probably be getting a new box.
