I called Dish to upgrade and the process was very simple. For $100 upgrade fee to get this sort of advanced technology is quite reasonable, I think.
Install iis set for 8/29 for 1 Hopper and 1 Joey to replace our existing 722 and 722k receivers. I'll transfer the programs on the receivers to an external drive before the install so things should go smoothly, I hope.
