This was a feature of the HR2x series until one software update removed it. It is a Wishlist item, but DirecTV has not seen fit to return this feature. 
Keep at most with a manual recording?
I have manual recordings set up for Sports Center and Rome (because I only want to get 1 recording per day and they are on multiple times a day). This works, but If I do not delete the episodes, they start to pile up (especially if I am out of town for a few days and am not actually watching them). I don't want to save them all, only the last 3. Is there a way to set a "keep at most" option like I used to do on my tivo?
