KTTV Fox 11 HD "blinking"

I've been noticing that on KTTV Fox 11 HD periodically would show a blank screen for maybe 1/16th of a second. Hardly noticeable but it's annoying when it would do this about every 2 minutes. The video would go blank, and come back (not pixellated or broken up) in just a flash. Audio is fine.

This has been happening for a couple of weeks now and seems to only be on the HD shows (Sarah Connor, Prison Break). I record the Simpsons on the SD version of the channel and that doesn't show this behavior.

Doesn't seem to happen on other HD shows on other local channels.

I can't get an OTA signal from where I'm at unfortunately so I can't test to see whether it's Dish or the station.

Any ideas?
