LA area OTA locals KCOP (13) and KVCR (24)

Question for anyone in the LA area who has hooked up OTA:

Are you getting any signal for KCOP-DT (13) or KVCR-DT (24)? All my other channels are working well. I receive all the other stations from Mt. Wilson but 13, and should live close enough to get 24.

A friend of mine who definitely knows TV had this to say:

"KCOP-DT is on UHF Channel 66 (for now, when the switchover occurs, all
the channels above 51 will be reallocated to public service bands).

KVCR-DT is on UHF Channel 26 - they don't have a permanent license right
now, they are on "Special Temporary Authority". Their transmitter is on
that hill with the M on it in Moreno Valley. "

If you actually get either of these, please post here.

Certainly the signal from KCOP-DT (13.1) in Los Angeles is lower than many of the other OTA signals (level=60), however I get a very good picture from that channel.
Note that KCOP-DT is really 66.1, the HR20 only shows the mapped channel in the header.
Since MT.Wilson is over 5000ft above sea level, you can a get signal over 75 miles away dependng on your location.

I live in Irvine and therefore can not get KVCR-DT(24.1) since its transmitter is not on MT.Wilson and I use a silver sensor antenna which is very directional

That's helpful - perhaps it's a power issue. I live 50 miles from Mt. Wilson and maybe th power is too low.
I get similar results on 13.1 to memory1, signal strengths in the 50's but I haven't noticed any breakups. Please note I don't watch much channel 13 until baseball season. I also can get 24-1 intermittantly. Historically with my other receivers the strength was all over the place, one day in 20's, one day in 70's. You should note that channel 24 has no sub-channels and is SD only. I just use D*'s feed. Its the same thing.
If your signal strengths for 13.1 are in the 50s, I probably have no hope at all out in the IE.
