So all you're "missing" is MyNetworkTV in HD.
Since you mention the magic acronym "CSR", I'm going to go out on a limb that you should have posted this question in the General DirecTV Discussion forum. I assume this because Dish Network turned on Spokane HD over six months ago. The answer to the question of when DirecTV will turn on HD LIL in Spokane is unclear at this time. The two things that are known are:
1. Spokane is Nielsen market #78 (out of 210) and DirecTV has lit up much of 49 markets at this time (including #110 Reno)
2. Several markets have less than the full "big four" (my market, #23 Portland, and #11 Seattle have only two
