Unfortunately, probably not for quite a while. Same with most of the other smaller markets. The space just ain't there to do them.

If Charlie's comments on the merger come true, Echostar will never be able to do anything as the "merger" was the answer for everything. Maybe the purchase of PanAmSat will help with bandwidth, but I doubt they will focus on providing locals; they'll most likely work on money making channels.
