I saw some strange movies charges appearing as VOD in my bill. I am assuming that my 7 year old does his little research with the remote. Now he knows that it is expensive.

I have a lock placed but it is only applicable when I delete a program, order a PPV. I could not place a lock for VOD.

Is there a way to place a lock on VOD?

Locking PPV purchases should lock the VOD too...did you make sure to set locks up on both tv1 and tv2?

You can manually select channel 1 and 501 to be locked. After you finish locking all the VOD/PPV channels, you can hide them. If you need assistance with this please send me a PM. Thanks!

Hiding channel 1 doesn't work. It start appearing in guide after couple of days

If you hide it enough times, it does take. I think it took me somewhere between 2 - 3 weeks.
