Received the new HR20 and hooked up and activated the new receiver with my existing card. When it attempts to boot up it makes it to 82% and starts over. I have been on the telephone for a couple of hours with 3 different technical support people and the last one said that it is attempting to download a software update at the same time it is starting up (he called it a looping problem). They finally gave up and scheduled a service call for 12/12. Does anyone have suggestions to break the looping cycle?:eek2:
