We have been Direct tv customers for a very long time and are very disappointed and disgusted with the handling of the chan. 7 problem. It is not the consumers problem about price talks. We pay for great service and we are the ones getting mistreated. Your company should just resolve the talks and get over it. Your company makes enough money that you should be able to deal with whatever comes your way. Your loyal patrons would appreciate your speedy handling of this situation and put an end to the delay.
