As of yesterday I've completely lost the signal from 61.5. While I wait for a repairman, I wanted to get some suggestions from here as to what might fix the problem (I'm not afraid of going up on the roof).

I have a three dish setup (119/110/61.5) with three tuners (one unused model 6000, and a 622 DVR) the switch is a SW64 with non-dish pro LNBs.

I've done switch tests on both receivers and none can get any signal from 61.5. 119 & 110 are both fine. It really acts very much like the cable for 61.5 is cut.

I'm thinking of going on the roof and switch the lines from my 61.5 dish to an an used port on the SW64, if that doesn't work, what else can I do?

The repairman can probably handle replacing the coax cables and cleaning the connections, but I might need to guide him beyond that.

TF,

There should not be any INPUT ports unused on your SW-64 but you can switch the inputs of the 119 (or 110) LNB with the 61.5 inputs to see if that fixes the problem. Be sure to run the switch test after you switch them. If the switch port is bad on the SW-64 the problem will move to whatever port you had the 61.5 sat on.

It could be possible that your 61.5 dish moved or the LNB could be bad. Both problems would result in what you are seeing.

Your posted information dosen't make sense do you have a SW64? SW 64 requires Legacy LNBs and means 6 inputs to 4 outputs. 2Inputs from each satellite. You also post you have non-dish pro LNBs, I didn't know there was a Dish Pro LNB made by someone else but DP LNBs can't be used with SW64s.

Alternatively, you can try plugging the 2 leads from the 61.5 into 2 different ports on the switch to see if it's a problem with the switch. If you still don't see 61.5, it's probably out of alignment or a bad LNB. Let us know what the technician finds.

Direct tv lnb's can be used in place of Dish's legacy lnb's.
