Yesterday we had a wind storm and short power outage. Today, I have lost all mpeg-4 HD stations, both local and national, and still have everything else. For the most part, I seem to have decent signal strength, although there are some zeros on 99 and 103, not have any acquiring signal messages, or any messages, simply a black screen. I have tried resetting from the HR20-100 and nothing. Any suggestions?

It's possible your dish moved slightly. Please post back with your signal readings for each satellite's transponders (and both tuners if applicable). You'll find these readings under "Menu" -> "Setup" -> "System Setup" -> Satellite -> "View Signal Strength".

Fill in your readings for each satellite and tuner using these examples. A properly aligned dish will show 80-90s on most of the relevant transponders (although some will be low or zero):

All (local and national) MPEG-4 stations show black screen, although the resolution light jumps to the right resolution for each channel.

Customer Service tried a restart which didn't work, so they decided I needed new band converters. After switching the band converters I had, a few red button restarts, disconnecting power and doing the repeat satellite setup a couple of times, it has started working again. A morning of frustration, but an evening of satisfaction.
