I have two receivers in my home:

HR21-700
H21-100

The H21 always displays the guide without an issue. The HR21 just shows "Regular Schedule" for most of the channels. If I reset the receiver it will work, but after an hour everything says Regular Schedule. This is a pain since it's my dvr that's losing the schedule and nothing is being recorded.
