Last night for some reason I was only able to see one channel on my program guide, and that was the channel that I was viewing. I could switch channels to view but not on the guide.
As it turns out, it was because on my favorites list, all the channels were removed. There was no software update applied recently, and no "crash" on my receiver recently, so I find it hard to understand why that would have happened.
Tech support of course had the usual "there are so many things that could have happened" explanation. Did not make sense to me, but whatever.

The same thing happened about a month or two before. It had never happened before (been with DTV for 9 years).

I'll have to try the reboot mentioned here to see if that fixes it.
