I could switch channels to view but not on the guide.
As it turns out, it was because on my favorites list, all the channels were removed. There was no software update applied recently, and no "crash" on my receiver recently, so I find it hard to understand why that would have happened.
Tech support of course had the usual "there are so many things that could have happened" explanation. Did not make sense to me, but whatever.
Anyone see this happen before?
Interesting, this exact same thing happened to me. Yesterday, I had to re-setup all the favorites.lifeislife said:Last night for some reason I was only able to see one channel on my program guide, and that was the channel that I was viewing. I could switch channels to view but not on the guide.

A reset did not restore the favorites for me. Pardon me, but what is "rbr"?jodyguercio said:I have and a simple rbr fixed the problem. Turns out we had been getting a guide update and the receiver geeked.
