Lost OTA locals - Could this be due to new SAT locals?

We live in Beaufort SC and now get Savannah GA locals on the dish. A month or so ago we lost support for the local OTA Beaufort PBS stations in the guide of our HR20. It is our only HD PBS. After many hours of phone support, Directv has no idea what is wrong and are sending a new DVR. We are not happy about a new box because we use a 1 TB external drive.

Now that I see locals are available in Savannah, I assume something was programed to support them. Could this have caused Beaufort locals disappear from the guide? Prior to all of this we had HR20 OTA for Beaufort, SC, Savannah, GA and Charleston SC. Now only Savannah and Charleston show up in the guide with both of their zip codes programed in the HR20. It is not possible to enter a Beaufort SC zip.

Check with Tribune Media Services at zap2it.com and see if their guide info is correct. They are the ones that provide the guide to DTV and if zap2it is incorrect, so will DTV.

DTV would not have changed any OTA regardless of what they offer from the satelite.
Which channels did you lose? I lost a PBS station here two day ago. It still shows up in the guide though.
I lost the SC PBS station in the guide. The OTA tuner in the TV gets it fine. I used zap2it.com to check a few Savannah zip codes and they do include the missing SC PBS (CH 16). When I run OTA setup on the HR20 for SC zip code 29920 or GA zip code of 31410 both get GA Savannah/SC Hampton as the market.

Try re-running your Antenna set-up again.

I have run OTA setup several times with several different zip codes on 2 different HR20s and still no luck.
I had a like error after the 'HR" crash of Oct'6'08 and ended up having to call CSR to get the to resend the 'OK' to view to my receiver.. all 'satellite' channels were fine only the over the air were lost.. DirecTV has to resend twice two hours apart before my box would allow viewing of over the air channels!!
I was getting on screen error... are you getting an on screen error or just no programing?
