I have no sound at all on my HD channels. I have sound on the SD counterparts though. I have a HR20-700. I reset the box and still not any sound on HD. Anyone else having this or had this problem? Thanks.

You said you reset the box. Did you try unplugging it and letting it sit for 15-20 minutes?

I unplugged it, now some of the HD channels are coming through, some are sound but no picture, and some have the searching for signal message. Is a call to DTV next?

After unplugging it i did an RBR and things seem to be back to normal.

Ok well that sounds like a good deal. I had a little hiccup this last weekend where I lost all my locals and I left the box unplugged over night and it cleared up.
