Im using the newer triple lnb dish,had all three sats over 96%,but after over a year all the sudden I cant get the 119 sat over 30%,checked all wires,switched them out on different lnbs,tryed moving the dish every direction, Since the multi switch is made into the lnb,is it possible to hook up another small old dish I have and aim at the 119 sat and patch it into the new dishs lnb multiswitch?

I read somewhere that one of the sats were harder to get aimed at because of its position,has something changed with that sat,I cant figure what happened,its been working fine all year till about a month ago or so?

Could be the dish has moved slightly on you or the LNB assembly is going bad. Give Directv a call, see what they can do for you. If the LNB is going bad, might be a good time to upgrade to an 5 LNB dish instead of putting money into your existing one.

Maybe the line of sight to 119 has changed. Tree?

yea I tried moving the dish slightly in all directions, only made it worse. tried switching lines to the lnbs,no success.Im not sure how the switcher and lnb work on this dish. do you think i can add my other small dish to it aim at the 119 sat and connect it to the other lnb somehow?

no trees in the way for a long way,plus it worked in summer and stoped in fall?

No you can't add a separate dish, just replace the LNB assembly with a new one.

Might be a good time to upgrade to the new 5-LNB dish. DirecTV might even do it for free.
