So, having some issues and have found that responses in some Apple forums have been slow coming.... not as helpful as all of you! 
Just got an iMac over the weekend and am attempting to transfer iTunes library from old PC. Library is a mix of both mine and my fiances music, both of our accounts are authorized on the new machine.
I have followed all the steps to transfer library to external hard drive, but every time I try to install onto iMac, it stops and errors out. Something along the lines of "not authorized for some content" then it just freezes everything, to the point I cannot even eject the iomega drive.
Thoughts?
