Already being heavily discussed on the MLB Extra Innings 2022 thread.
Xfinity and other carriers must have loved that!lol the broadcasters are having too much fun with 664 they have mentioned it at least 5 times !

I don't see anything in the press release about it being an exclusive deal, so presumably Comcast and other providers could also get the rights to carry Marquee out-of-market. (The precedent is that YES Network, with live games blacked out, is available on Spectrum and Verizon in some areas outside Yankees territory.)Xfinity and other carriers must have loved that!
Well if you are a Cubs fan there is other Cubs related content that would probably interest Cubs fans. But having a bad team does dampen the enthusiasm a bit. And yes they still have plenty of crap content.List of things of interest on Marquee other than live sports:

Here is today’s huge line up of great programming:
Time buy show of gambling tips that is on other RSNs or free on the internet
Tennis that is on all the other Sinclair RSNs\
Black out
Pre-game for a baseball game
Black out
Post game of a baseball game
Black out
Infomercials.
As another poster said, there's more programming of interest for Cubs fans than what you listed. Yes, we know you don't like them dating to your beef with the superstation days. Every RSN faces the issues out-of-market that you listed here.List of things of interest on Marquee other than live sports:

As I stated. Getting other people’s RSNs has never been a selling point to me The Sinclair ones have some material for the co-owned Tennis Channel and Stadium network, both of which I already get; and some infomercials. The AT&T and NBC ones do not even have that much content. All getting somebody else’s RSN gives you in terms of valuable content is the occasional HS or small college game and the pro teams’ highlights shows. Its just NBD.Every RSN faces the issues out-of-market that you listed here.
