can someone with Sports Pack , but no MLB EI confirm if your able to view CUBS games

I subscribe to Premier which includes Sports Pack. I do not subscribe to MLB EL. I just checked and I am getting the Cubs game on channels 664 and 736 (Cubs Broadcast).
