The HR10-250 has it too.

Most of the time it should be hardly noticeable. It's made worse, though, if you a) have a 720p native res. display and you are feeding it an interlaced signal (I still notice it slightly feeding a 720p projector a 720p signal b)have your box hooked up via component (sideband interference makes it a little worse).

I know you seem to be having a lot of image quality issues as of late. I hope you are able to figure out some sort of solution for all your problems.

I have a 720p native res on tv which also does 1080i, so it's set on that...haven't changed it since....well I am using hdmi along with optical backup for audio, but I noticed this tonight, it was clear as a bell and sharp as a razor this morning. I just don't get it??? Maybe it is an HDMI issue and it will be fixed soon...???
