I am in a building that has the MFH2 setup recently i came back from vacation and now I cant record two shows at once like i use to before.. I was hoping to trouble shoot with the help of the forums as the tech call is for next week wednesday.

Sat. slimline5 <-- this is what is says in setup
SWM <-- this is what is says in setup
Dual tuner <-- this is what is says in setup

I have no clue how or why i cant record two shows at once nemore.

Might be too many receivers on that swm. It only supports 8 tuners total and if there are too many tuners you may end up in single tuner mode even though you've got it setup to do dual tuners. You'll probably need help from your buildings techs to check that.
