With all of the complaints about bad installers, cancelled appointments and the like, I thought I'd report a good experience. My install was cheduled for yesterday 12-2, already a small window. While there was no phone call to announce they were on the way, at 12:30 the installer arrived. I was surprised they don't carry and ID, but the truck and paperwork sufficed. Guy installed AT-9 dish onto the roof (in the rain), replaced my multiswitch, and all was well. Total install time was 1.5 hours.
