Right now, no Minneapolis HD local channels are available. Message from Dish states that they are aware of the issue, and hope to have them back shortly. It appears to be only the Local HD channels at this time.

Update: All Minneapolis locals (HD/SD) appear to be unavailable. The SD feeds come off of 119.

All Duluth MN locals have been off since around 9 AM Central time, HD & SD.
That's about the time I saw ours go out. It's still out as of 1:30pm CDT.

Seattle was in the same boat until a short while ago. Now we're back in the saddle. Call center staff were disappointingly clueless.

You'd think that since they have all of our emails and phones for text messages that they could just send out an email blast saying they are aware of it....I wonder how many calls they got this morning.

Confirmed, they came back up around 4:00pm in Minneapolis. Wonder why they affected such a variety of markets? Don't they all have individual up-link stations for each local market?

Probably the black-out was caused by the Sprint fiber cut that took down cellphone and data service this morning in Washington, Oregon and Minnesota.
Not sure, heard about that screwing up Alaska Airlines at Portland International today, but I have a sprint cell phone and that worked fine. Who knows.
